our room was spacious and comfortable i had a great night's sleep the shower was great ample tea and coffee was available in the room bottles of water also existed the staff were friendly and helpful the location was perfect for shopping and food options.
i received a prewarning about potential noise until 2am i underestimated how loud it actually was the noise was a slight problem.

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. They assisted with luggage, which I found particularly useful. The location is very convenient, especially as it was my first time visiting the area (this made exploring much easier).

the check-in staff were very helpful, giving me all necessary information. they even moved me to a more accessible room at the last minute since i struggled with stairs. the room had everything i needed and the price was great. i would stay here again.
There was some noise from a nearby pub with metal beer kegs being moved loudly for over an hour until after 2:30 am. It then started again around 6:30 am.

The room was clean and tidy, and it was a good size for my needs. The hotel staff allowed me to leave my suitcase with them after checkout, this was really helpful. The location is excellent, close to the train station making travel easy. The shower was also great with good water pressure.
This made it difficult to sleep before the bar closed.
